By creating an account or using raeofhopevolunteers.org, you agree to these terms.

Who can use this site

• Parents/guardians may create an account and add their own student(s).
• Organizations may create an account to propose volunteer opportunities, subject to our review and approval before anything is published publicly.
• We may decline or remove any account or sign-up at our discretion, including to protect the safety of students in our program.

Volunteer participation

• A parent/guardian must complete our Volunteer Waiver, Release & Parental Consent form before a student's sign-up for any opportunity is confirmed.
• Volunteer hours are verified on-site by a Rae of Hope adult supervisor on the day of the activity. We are not able to verify hours completed outside our organized events.
• Once an hour has been verified and included on a generated verification form, corrections are made only through a logged amendment, not a silent edit, to protect the integrity of records schools and others rely on.

Service-for-donation events

Where an event asks for a donation of goods in exchange for a service (for example, a car wash or yard-work event), Rae of Hope Volunteers does not accept or hold cash. Any donations collected go directly and same-day to the named partner organization.

Account responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Provide accurate information about yourself and any student you register.

Content and conduct

• Don't use the site to submit false information, harass others, or interfere with the operation of the site.
• Organization submissions are reviewed before publishing and may be declined at our discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
